Before our mileage ramps up, and we "run" greater risk of injury, I wanted to do a series on exercises/stretches/mobilizations specific to running. It is my goal to help you avoid needing to go to the ortho/PT. There are a number of things that SHOULD BE MANDATORY in your routine. You should be able to take care of your body and PREVENT injury. Don't be a passive runner who logs mileage and does nothing to counteract the stress you're placing on your muscles/soft-tissues. Please post questions/comments/requests for future topics below.
