Saturday 1/5 Long Run

hello people, it appears the blog now has dueling long runs. the one i would like to organize is on saturday on some hilly softer-surface terrain (patapsco primarily...maybe even greenbelt?)

i'm looking to go 14 at ~7:30/mi pace...who is in?

Updated: Running by 8:00 from the Rolling Road Trailhead, Saturday morning
