Thought you guys might be interested in this article i just read about training with a group.
"Virtually every athlete that has been part of the resurgence of U.S. distance running in the past five years is part of some training group: Team Running USA California, Hansons Brooks Distance Project, ZAP Fitness, Boulder Performance Training Group, and more."
As someone who is running faster at 35 (shortly 36) than he did in high school, i can attest to the benefits of training with a team.
