Sunday Long Run from Mt. V.

A group of us are departing from the Washington Monument at 8:30 on Sunday. We'll most likely start with a shorter loop, but a few of us are running between 15 and 18 miles. The pace will be sub-7:00 per mile, and we'll hit at least a few hills in Druid Hill and/or Roland Park.
