Could you imagine having some of the fastest women in the world race in your super low-key 1500m on a Wednesday night in San Diego, post Olympic "A" standard times, and then have results like this:
Interesting to note that Sheila Reid and Lucy Van Dalen hitting up super low key meets to try and chase qualifying times - New Jersey International Meet and now this one. Van Dalen hit it, Reid didn't, but good to see that you don't have to go to a Diamond League meet to run fast. This helps emphasize our point that you can run fast anywhere!
