Sunday Long Run from Gilman

A group of us are starting a long run from Gilman at 9:00 on Sunday morn. The pace will probably be around 7:00/mile for the first portion of the run and gradually increase to about 6:40. I intend to run 18 to 20 miles, but we can begin with a 12 or 13 mile loop if others are planning a shorter run. Please let me know if you plan to join us.

Dusty - this may work for me to meet you guys @ 9 and finish the rest of my run toward the city with you guys - if you guys run South from Gilman that is.

Do you have a typical loop you follow, and does it take you toward the Harbor in the beginning?

Ha, the whole reason we have been meeting at Gilman for these long runs is to AVOID going towards the Harbor! Typical loop is heading north towards north.

Joel: We will most likely begin with either Nate's favored loop, which takes us into Druid Hill, or my northern route through REL Park and Old Court. If we head south into Druid Hill at the beginning of the run, you can join us for this portion and then split off as we leave the park and head north through JHU. Let me know what you decide.

Haha, heading north towards north! Awesome.

Dustin - I'll rally to get my last few miles toward Gilman. I can jump in if you guys go toward Druid Hill & head home via the switchback as you guys branch off. That'll get me at least 3 miles with someone!
