Dinner

donna and i would like to invite everyone over for dinner next thursday night (nov. 6th). by "donna and i" i mean "donna", i don't really like you. by "all" i mean "i hope not EVERYONE shows up, my house isn't that big".

so here's the deal. nothing fancy, i'll be making chili, which is quite tasty and maybe some cornbread (i'll just buy that). i'm thinking that if i can get kip to say he likes the chili i'll be able to call it "world famous". so stop by; if you feel motivated, bring something to eat or drink, but mostly just bring yourself and a good attitude. if you aren't going to be fun, stay at home.

in all seriousness, i thought it might be nice to get together for a non-running activity. let me know if you can make it.

the k.

Since I've missed the last couple of Kris parties, count me in for this one!

I'll bring brownies.
And American Idol for the Wii. However, rule #1 is that Ryan is not allowed to put his hand on either microphone until everyone else at the party has had an opportunity to sing.

Not sure if we can make it, but I would be happy to bake some corn bread and send it with Ry Ry.

I am in like flynn... well not really but I am going to come... wait I mean I will be there. (I think you have to know the first ref for that to be funny so you should goog it)

I will be there. I will bring some type of dessert, and I might even be fun.

i'll be a BSO widow again that night - so, i'll be there sans Kendra. i'll bring a couple boxes of wine and some 40's. no one has ever had a bad time drinking wine from a box or beer from a 40oz glass bottle . . . well, except for that one time.

Kris,
Count me in...at which time you can continually yell to me "You got this. Come on; keep going!"
As well, I'll figure out something to bring and let you know.

@Arjun: I totally thought that you spelled it wrong, and was about to call you out on writing "Flynn" instead of "Flynt", but I took your advice and googled it. Very interesting read! Well played.

Erol Flynn, the gay blade son. Actual Zorro was the gay blade but Erol Flynn was Robin Hood.

"the gay blade son"... best line ever.

I have a kickball game at 6:30 but I can make it after that. I'll bring veggies or something and save the deer for another occa.

I have class till 9ish but if you guys are still in party mode I can by for a hot minute afterwards, as long as everyone agrees to watch The Office.

Yeah, Arjun, I'll be there. No, wait, I forgot I don't live in Baltimore any more. I won't be there.

On the other hand, how hot of a minute are we talking about here, Jen? Perhaps I could reconsider...

Can we move it to some time January 2nd-6th? Then I'll be there.

depending on the success of this event, we may be able to schedule a follow-up in jan.
