Tomorrow's workout

I plan on doing a few sets 1000, 2000, 1000 reps at 10k pace tomorrow if anyone wants to join. I might even change it a bit and go HM pace with some 45" to 1' recovery ... Who's in?

Yeah I forgot to post the change in workout, I was doing that right now.

We'll do 2x(1000-2000-1000) for a total of 5 miles of interval work but recovery should be at least 1:00 after 1000s and 1:30 after the 2000 I think. For those that want to, you can still do the 800-1600-800 with a little longer recovery.
