This past week was very hard but I managed to succeed where it counted. Highlights included a sub 29 minute five mile tempo run and finishing my 21 mile run yesterday in 2:25:42. That is sub seven pace average. My other runs were long, hot and generally slow but I finished. Last week's total, was 83 miles.

Tues: 9 mi w/ 10x100 strides
Wed: Medium Long Run, 12 mi.
Th: Recovery, 6 mi.
Fri: Medium Long Run, 11 mi.
Sat: Recovery, 7 mi
Sun: Long Run, 15 miles
