Early registration available for Broad Street at www.ibx.com/BCBSR2012.  Supposedly you have to be a BCBS member but seems like it would work for anyone.  I was pleasantly surprised but the low, low entry fee of $40 with NO additional BS fees like active.com throws at you.

If you are fast enough, you can still contact them for an elite entry.  It's a very, very fast race to do, but if 35,000 people or whatever are signing up in 6 hours, and most of them are from PHILADELPHIA, who really wants to do it anyway?

False Alarm!

Thanks to Kris' attempt at registering for the Westminster Mile race last night, it prompted me to get in touch with the president of the WRRC to find out if we could squeeze in a few people.  She came back and said that there had been a typo in her registration page that closed registration prematurely.  I hate when that happens.

In other words, we are good to register for the race, BUT if you are thinking of doing this, as it's only $9, you may want to do that sooner than later!
