Tom, probably the easiest way to do it is in YouTube, click the button to Share or whatever, and then you'll see a tab for "Embed." Take that code. Go into the post. Add your content, then add a space. Click on "HTML" and then drop in the code. Change the height to 266 and width to 320. Then in the visual editor you can center it.
Or, you could also just do it the way you've been doing it, however that's been!
