Today was the Blue Steel Stampede 10k at Cromwell Valley Park. About 100 people finished the challenging race, with Ryan Stasiowski taking the win in 44:39. Yes, it was that hard. The weather was great (in the morning, at least) and RD Jason Clarke put on a great inaugural event, which benefited Concerns of Police Survivors.
Falls Road's own Jim Adams was among the participants as he finished 60th in 1:13:35.
