Sunday Long Run from Mt. Vernon

A group of us are starting a long run from the Washington Monument at 7:15 sharp on Sunday morning. Ed plans to run 14-16 miles, and I'm hoping to run 23+. The pace will be a little quicker than our usual group long runs, probably in the 6:30-40 range. Let us know if you are interested in joining us.
