Saturday Long Run from Gilman

On Saturday morn at 9:00, a few of us are meeting at Gilman for a long run o'er the hills of Mt. Washington and Roland Park. Nate plans to run 15 or 16 miles, and I'll be in the 19 to 21 range. We can start with a shorter loop for those who don't want 15+ miles. Please let us know if you plan to join.

Is there a 12 mile option?

All:

Assuming everyone who turns out will be running at least 9 or 10 miles, we will adapt the run to meet the needs of the individual who is running the shortest distance. Just let us know how much you want to run and we'll plan accordingly. Gilman is especially convenient for this approach because it offers a trail and there are many surrounding neighborhoods were you can add miles without retreading the same ground.

I'll be out there, looking for something in the 10-13 range (long run has to wait until Sunday).

I think a loop similar to what we've done in the past is a good idea, like in the 90 minute range, which then allows those doing slightly more than that to finish on the trail or around Gilman, and those needing to go way more (Dusty) can go around Cold Spring or something.
