Tuesday

Is anyone still going up to the track tomorrow night? If so, what are your plans? I was thinking about doing cruise intervals ( 4-5 x 1 mile at tempo or something like that).

So I'm high-jacking Meg's cute little self and we're going to do this workout in the harbor tomorrow evening. If anyone else wants in, let us know! Probably about 6:30s for the miles if that affects anyone's decision!

I'll be up at the track. The suggested 8,8,16,8,8 didn't sound bad but I'll be up for suggestions.

Mike - I can't imagine there are going to be a ton of people up there tonight. Brennan, myself, maybe Kris are going to do some shorter tempo session tomorrow involving 5 on, 10 on, 10 on, 5 on with short rest, about 1/3 of the interval.

I assumed I'd be lonely up there but no one is going to wait until like after 8pm to start a workout tomorrow. I have the 2h time slot tonight so I gotta get the work in when I can.
