Long Run Workout Saturday
Joel & I will be doing a Jack Daniels based Long Run workout on Saturday morning in the city using Shady 7 and the Harbor Loop. Distance will be 15-19 miles (can easily be longer or shorter as we won't really be leaving the city). Tempo efforts will be between 5:45-6:15. Easy parts will be between 7-7:30. We will be rolling out at 9:30. Let me know if you are interested and I can fill you in on more details.

Sounds good. Where are you rolling from?
We're going to meet around the Royal Farms on Key Highway around 9:30... Exact time +/- a few ticks.
