GREAT run today for a nice little octet out of Gilman. These long runs will be staple workouts for the winter, and we will make sure that if others want to join but aren't running the same pace, that we post a map ahead of time so all are comfortable joining the run. Keep the posts and comments coming!
Yes, awesome run and great course. Having to actually meet up with people makes my lazy ass get out the door and waste less of the day (at least before the run).
