Kind of an interesting story. I never knew how little he trained for his 2:46. If he actually pulled that off without running over 10 miles in training, that's really impressive.

Fuck Lance. He is such a little faker. He's that guy that says "oh i'm not in shape" and he's going out for 5 hours on his bike. I believe he probably didn't run as much as others trying to run 2:46 might have, but he's Lance Armstrong. He once rode up and down Alpe d'Huez like 8 times in a day in training. He doesn't half ass sports. Of course, EPO/CERA help.
I think he wildly overestimates the iron distance. On the bike, yeah he's Lance Armstrong so he can go out and crush, but can he go out and crush and run a 2:50 off the bike? I don't think so. Chris Lieto could probably ride within a few minutes of Lance and never cracks 3. And is Lance forgetting that before the bike is a 2.4 mile swim?
I hope he does well, it would be neat to see. But I also hope he gets served a huge slice of humble pie by the Raelerts, or Craig Alexander, just about anybody who works way harder (right now) than Lance does. I would love nothing more than to see Lance truly suffer, because in the 7 years of TdF, I only saw that happen maybe 3 or 4 times, and he still won that shit.
Take that Lance
Hahahaha, wow, that was brutal.
What Ryan said. Except the "I hope he does well" part.
So does he overestimate the distance or underestimate the distance?
Underestimates the distance, I meant to say overestimates how easy it would be for him to win at the distance. Thank you for pointing out my flaw, ha.
