Long Run Saturday

Cheese & I will be running long (15-21 miles) on Saturday morning. We will be running at Loch Raven around 8 or 8:30. If you are staying in Baltimore for the weekend and interested, let me know (via comments or e-mail) and I will enlighten you on the details.
