Weds Night Long Run

As an alternative to the Canton run which may or may not be happening, I'm doing 20 this evening, probably starting around 6:30. Approx route linked in the title. Kinda hilly.

If you're not running tonight go swim with Ryan up at Gunpowder. I just can't get there from Columbia at a decent hour.
