Proposed pace: 7:00-7:20-7:30ish/mile
Proposed time: 7:00 am depending on BF's schedule

I could go 14-15 miles. My preference would be to meet a little later (7:30), so maybe I could meet you 4-5 miles into the run?
Okay here are the details...
Depart 1321 Clarkson ~7:10
Meet people at the Washington Monument (specifically the park north of the monument) ~7:30
Continue up to Robert E. Lee and back down.
Total run 19 miles.
From the Monument 15 miles.
If you would like to join for any part let us know so we can look for you.
Also, if this doesn't work for any of the four people that have shown interest let us know and we can change the plan so it does.
Is there any way we can push the monument rendez-vous to 8:00 or perhaps 7:45 if 8 is too late? I have morning drop-off obligations.

Interesting course. I'll look for you @ the GW Monument.
Thanks for planning the run, but I had been thinking the run would likely be on a trail somewhere-- running through the city is not so appealing. Don't feel obligated to accomodate me though. See you next week.
