Track workout tonight (thursday)

So far I think it's just me and NCOTB - but, all are welcome. We will be at the same time (6:30pm) & place (Gilman) as tuesday night - just on a thursday. The plan is to run 12X400m with 400m rest. If you are in 17 min 5k shape then the Daniels book suggest running them in ~75. I think Chris and I will be running ~70 per.
