Random attacks by teenage thugs in Baltimore

Kendra was sent a message from the mount vernon neighborhood association. Apparently some dude in mount vernon was randomly attacked by some teenagers with metal pipes and bricks on Tuesday afternoon. Along with some random attacks in the harbor these types of attacks seem to be on the rise. Be careful when running alone - and consider getting some pepper spray.
