Breaking news out of Philadelphia...
Christine Ramsey didn't just break 17 minutes - she obliterated it - running 16:49 to finish in the top 10 of the Olympic Development heat of the 5000m. Here is the link to the results: Penn Relays Olympic Development 5000m
It's great to see her hard work has paid off with such a great race. Another example of someone setting a goal, making a plan and sticking to it. Great job Chrissie! And to everyone racing this weekend, this really turns up the pressure for the Purple Drink Athlete of the Week.
In other news, Coach Bryan Brown wanted me to relay his next topic: Motivation.
But he hasn't gotten around to doing it, so relax, chill out, he'll come up with it soon.

Rebecca there's actually a way to email posts to the blog. I'll have to try it out and see if it works. Then you'd be able to just email things straight onto the world of posts.
