Challenge

Not really related to running, but if you want to play in my little Tournament Challenge on ESPN.com, get on it! You have until Thursday to make your picks. It's pretty simple, just go to the espn.com website and look for the Tourney Challenge. Register (if you've done it before, you can request your username and password) and then make your picks. Then look for the group "Terps in 09" and join. It's that easy!

Of course, I'll let you in on a little secret. The Terps are going to win it all. Why? Because they'll win their first game against Cal, and then take out Memphis based solely on Memphis' poor FT shooting and the Terps are ranked 2nd in the field in that area. Then they'll play either Mizzou or Marquette, neither of whom are playing to their potential right now. THEN it's time for UConn, whom we defeated in the Elite 8 in 2002 en route to a national title. Which means in the Final Four we'll play Kansas, again who we beat in 2002 in the Final Four. Then we'll play UNC, and we already beat them this season so we'll do it again. Awesome.

Or the more likely choice, and the one I went with: Pitt. It has to be their year. Mostly because I need to win the money in my money pool to pay rent next month.
