Matt - I talked to Brennan about running on Sunday, he is looking to do 15 at NCR Trail on Sunday morning. Brian Godsey will be here as well so I'll make him do it too.
I however am only looking to do about 14, so when Brennan takes off at mile 5 to run 5 miles quicker, I will continue my pace until mile 7 and then turn around, and I think they'll catch me around mile 5 on the turnaround.
I'll let you know what time is decided, I can pick you up or something.
9am we'll call it at the ASHLAND PARKING LOT. This is NOT the big parking lot off that main road, but rather the tiny parking lot hidden in that neighborhood. If you need help, ask me. This is mile 0.0.
To the first comment on this post: I was not aware that I was being "made" to do something. It worked, though. And I'll have you all know that due to my out-of-shape-ness, that run was worse than that marathon I ran. Fourteen miles? Honestly?

I would be interested/willing to run on Sunday at NCR, but I will be going short and/or slow, because I am running a marathon in a week. What time?
