LAST CHANCE

Last chance to register for USATF XC Nationals if you're planning on doing it!!

And it's also the last chance to save a couple bucks on entry fee for Shamrock 5k if you're planning on doing that. After tomorrow the dollars goes up by 5 to $35 for a shitty 5k.

Finally, I want to share the most treasonous act ever performed by someone. In this case it is Jim Adams I'm putting on blast.

In an email dated January 29, 2009 at 8:18pm, reads the following:

"Ryan, Jim told me to send you an email about entering Maurice, Brittney and myself under the Falls Road Racing Team. Put Mo on the Masters team, Brittney in the open 8k and me in the open 12k. Hit me back if you need more information concerning our ages, birth dates, etc..."

So all the work I've done the past few years to ensure my email address never fell into the hands of evil was undone in one fell swoop. JIM ADAMS you are on NOTICE!

But it's not all bad news. Justin just found out about the following website that I'm sure most of us whitefolk have known about for a while. You'll have to excuse my friend, he's a bit slow...

Stuff White People Like

And it's made funnier when you see his autosig at the bottom of the email

T, you ain't be ready for Mo-rece

Yes I am slow, but so many of them applied to us. Personally I love Mos Def. I thought he was great in Norbit. I always make T feel bad about wanting to hit up the treadmill. I also love the wire.

Thanks for making me Shart today Ryan.

Man that was so funny - I saw you guys coming down the street and first I saw J, I knew his form, and then looked for a black guy and sho nuff there's T. I waited and waited and jumped out and ZOWWW I got you!

I am now registered for this race. Remember price goes up tonight!

And while we have lost Kris Simms and Collin Anderson for CC, it looks like we picked up Rodney Timpson of all people, so that's a little boost - he's usually good for a 59.

Finally I checked results from the 3M Austin Half (the one I did last year). Top 10 men under 1:05 with the winner at 1:01:04. 4187 runners. If you're looking for a competitive, fast race, this is definitely it.

No need to bother matron, I'll just pop into the chemist, be right as rain in the morning, the final's not til Sunday...

Shit yeah, too cold to ride outside. First I watched Happy Gilmore, then Euro Vacation, now Heartbreakers on Comedy Central. And taping the track meet.
