PB, since I opted for sleep, I am going to ride my bike shortly and then probably many hours from now just go for an 11ish mile run from my house. I don't know what time it would be, but safe to guess around 3pm.
If you'd like to run with me, it would be slow (>7:00 pace).
So if anyone wants to do that or meet up somewhere along the way, let me know. My body is already beat up from week 1 of real training again and I am not sure how good of a run it will be.
