Participating (as you might call it) in TWSS from abroad can be difficult. But I am committed to Tuesday Night Track. We have a two great tracks in my area, the Montpelier High track is a four-lane cinder track from the fifties and even better, the Tunnbridge Fairground has a half mile race horse track (I love running at that place). There will be EPIC solo work outs this summer.

Please post your work outs, and RM send me them before hand so I can plan ahead.

5 X Mile, 2 minute jog rest


Felt pretty rusty at that pace until #5. Hopefully next week will feel better.

Sorry dude! I've been really scatterbrained lately and will probably continue til they give me a break at work. This week we wound up doing a pyramid: 4-8-12-16-12-8-4 with :60, :90, 2:00, 2:30, 2:00, :90, :60 recovery. Good workout, Kris killed it. This coming week I'll make sure I post the workout in both the email and online.

It is hard to train abroad... that's why I quit. I am a quitter.
