TNT #6 - May 29th, 2007

14 people showed up tonight for the workout. It was perfect track weather, with the temperature just under 80 and low relative humidity. Here is a recap of what the workout was, with the recovery time in parentheses:

All in all it was 6000 meters of interval work (3.75 miles) done as "broken" 1200s. It was a tough workout and I'm really proud of everyone for getting it done. We've had some great workouts so far this season and we are well ahead of where we were this time last year.
