Baby Webb Comes Out of the Blocks

Congrats to Julia and Alan Webb, they welcomed their new child, Joanie, to the world about an hour ago.

Reaction time was 0.230, which was a little slow, but it was better than false-starting.

It's a good thing Alan wasn't going to run the 1500! We wish all 3 the best. I'll catch up with Julia once she's settled.
