Sunday on the NCR

There are two groups running long on the NCR tomorrow at 8:30 from the Paper Mill Road parking lot. One group intends to average sub-7:00/mile, while the other will be in the 7:30-8:00/mile range. All are welcome. I apologize for the late notice. Given the regional storm systems, we just finalized plans after determining that the NCR should be relatively clear.

I should have been more specific regarding the length of these runs. Distances will range from 9 to at least 15 miles. For those who went long today, consider joining for 9 or 10 miles, or whatever works for you.
