Oxy High Performance 2012 Results

Out on the west coast last night (Occidental College), the Oxy High Performance Meet was blazing! Here are some of the highlights:

Men's 1500m

The men's 1500 appears to have been the race of the night, with 5 guys under the Olympic "A" standard, and what looks like it was a good race between Farah and Rupp. For Symmonds, it was a 2 second PR, and for Webb, at least he's qualified now for US Trials.

Farah doubling back in the 5000 with a 13:12 is really strong. Steeplechase was another close one, and I was following the results during the women's 800 and 1500, some decent results there.

Currently going on in Shanghai is the Diamond League Meet, so those results will be posted later.
