Did you read my email this week that said this exact thing, except that I wanted to be running by 8? I'll just go by MYSELF then.

Don't you two live together?

Reminds me of the commercial with the boss & the employee sitting on the plane trying to discuss work and only having a real conversation through email; or something like that.

What we've got here is - failure to communicate. Sa-some men - you just can't reach. So you get what we had here last week; which is the way he wants, well, he gets! I don't like it any more than you men.

Cool hand Luke, don't start civil on the east side!

As I mentally prepare for a 2 hour run, I personally also have to get in the pool right after the run, then have the volunteer activity, which will take up until just before game time. So I would really prefer to run at 8am. It's fine if others want to start later, but I hate going back to the cars just to go back in the woods, so I could meet you somewhere in the park.

My plan was to hit Bull Run trails first, break up the legs, then go into the 11 mile loop, either breaking left at the trail to do it the normal way, or go over the wooden bridge and do it in reverse. Then of course, Gun Rd.

I also probably won't be running as fast as everyone else runs their long runs, so it might be easier to not consider me for the planning.

Also I plan on only running 14.5 miles and 7:18/mi pace, and don't feel like amending my route, so if you need to run 15, you'll need to add on.

PSYCHE I AM JUST GIVING ALL OF YOU A HARD TIME.

So I went back into history and tried to find some of the times I've run for Gun Rd. I found a couple from when I first started, there was one day that Kip and I ran the 11 mile loop and then did 3xGunRd at the end. I was over 7:15 on all of them. It was also pitch black out. I need to do a little more research to see if I can find more times.

I'll be there, 8AM 15 miles sounds better than some stupid 4 mile race in the middle of no where.

You're not going to do the WRRC Bear Run 4 mile?!?!?!

Gun Road just sounds so much more fun.
