I'll probably write up something on my blog and post that link here - but for now, I'll just say, stay safe.  I put a few blurbs on my facebook - but I have no ability in facebook to comment to any thread or reply post or even type in the dialog box (have to type in word and paste).  Idk why, maybe work applied a facebook filter to my computer??? 

Anyway, I'm safe, and okay - just mentally frazzled.  Keep your guard up when you're out there running.
