Weekend long run

Hey guys if anyone is interested I am looking to put in some miles on Sunday and would love to have some company. I was thinking of spreading the second club challenge workout we did over 20 miles or so (1 up mile, 1 down mile, repeat). My fast miles would be around 7 minutes and my slow ones would be around an 8. I am not trying to start super early, but if it would mean beating some of the rain I am down. Left on my own, I'll probably be doing this at the NCR trail, but if you have any suggestions/preferences I'll run wherever. It is supposed to be pretty nasty (80% chance of rain) so obviously I am just trying to spread the misery around....
Let me know if you are interested.

I ran 20 on the NCR yesterday starting at Ashland and the trail was in great condition. There were only a handful of wet spots, but I could easily get around them. This Sunday I have other plans. Enjoy your run though!

You guys are sick. The NCR is brutal. So long and straight and flat and hard and boring. I did a 20 mile run there last summer, out 10 / back 10 and by the little store in Monkton at like mile 13 on the way back I wanted to cry (not really) I was so tired and broken. More power to you though if you can power through it.

Bob Harvey, runner of a 1:05:19 at Club Challenge this week.

I will let you know tomorrow if I'm in, I won't go to NCR (but don't let that sway you) and if it's raining I'm more likely to stay on the roads than another trail option.

I can start whenever. 9ish? earlier?

Ryan brings up a good point about the trail in the rain. what do you guys think? Around Baltimore? Somewhere else?

I hear this alleged run is beginning at my house at 8:45am. I am not sure if I will run it or not, perhaps I will leave 5 minutes before or after and run the same general route...
