If Bike Jam left you thirsting for more bike race action get your ass down to DC this Sunday for the Capitol Criterium.
The course is pretty baller with the start/finish right on Pennsylvania ave.
Tank will be rolling the 1/2/3 race at 10:25AM, and I'll be racing in the Pro invitational at 1:15. The teams that are scheduled to show up are the real deal in terms US racing with United Healthcare, Mountain Khakis, Jamis/Sutter Home, Kelly Benefit Strategies, Fly V Australia scheduled to be there.
This race is also tied to DC's bid to host the opening stages of the 2012 Giro d'Italia. The better showing we have at this race in terms of crowd interest the stronger the bid becomes.
