patapasco

i talked with a few people earlier in the week about getting a run in at patapsco friday at 4pm. i realized i can't make it this week, but i wanted to get a post up in case anyone else was interested in getting in 8-9 miles on some trails.

I'll be out of town this Fri, but I'm hoping to return this run to its place as a regular part of my weekly routine.
