Are You a Narc?

I'll be out in Cambridge for most of the day tomorrow, so I'll post results whenever I get home. If you do Survivor 7, shoot me a text or something with results, I'll be interested to hear them.

In the meantime, just wanted to post a few results from yesterday's and today's action:

At the Portland Track Festival, Julia Rudd hit the track for her first steeple in a few years I think. From the video I watched, it looked like she was 5th place in about 10:38, which was about what she seeded herself at! I'm still waiting for official results.

In DC (Lawyers Have Heart 10k) this morning, Meg McNew was looking to go under 40 for 10k for the first time in a while. She's been running extremely well lately, not slowing down at all despite 2 marathons in the last two months. Anyway, she placed 11th out of all women, in the spectacular time of 39:36. This was about 2 minutes faster than she ran at the race last year. Sara Spears also ran, enjoying a 14 second improvement over last year's time. Great job ladies!

Matty Blaze is slated to run the 2 mile at the Midwest Distance Gala tonight at 8:05pm (probably 9:05 here) so I'll post that tomorrow.
