Ryan Hall is going to be in DC on Sunday. He is promoting his foundation called The Hall Steps Foundation. I believe he will be hosting a run and a dinner. One question on the name change, Biggie: is there is significance to "Pappa" in comparison to the more common "Papa" or even "Poppa"? I'm sorry, but it makes me think of a medical exam that only females may partake in.
