Catching Up With NCOTB

Our good friend Chris Belcher, just a month or so into med school at Louisville, is doing well and wanted to tell everyone hey...here's an excerpt:

"School is...school. Just a lot of work. Nothing too crazy I guess. But hey, in six years ish I got you covered if you need another surgery. But let's hope not.

I hope Ben does well [at Army]. He was a great workout partner over the summer. It's helped to have faster people to run with - that's for sure. I've done a few races, nothing major. Busted out a 4:35 mile the other day at the UofL intramural track meet. That was a fun time. I'm working into pretty good shape. I have a big 10k coming up on Halloween, so we'll see how that goes. Hopefully around 33ish."

Awesome to hear from you NCOTB, and shoot we might have to take a collection to fly him out for Club Challenge in February!

Word on the street is that we might be seeing our boy Cheese before the end of the year...

Out in Flagstaff, our very own little tiny Claire went to a track workout that was run by none other than JACK DANIELS, the shaper of great fitness and upon whose advice Ben, Brennan and Jake have seen much success. She is also running with elites Abdi Abdirahman and Alicia Shay.

Now we just need to hear from our main man LT - which may no longer be "late" Terence but rather "lawyer" Terence!
