UPDATE - CANCELLED Track workout tomorrow (Thursday) night

I had a little tweak in my hamstring on my run today - and my schedule is a little tight tomorrow evening. Not that there was a big response ; )

I was going to run a tempo run tomorrow night - but, i changed my mind. So - here is the workout if anybody is interested 4X200 2X400 1X800 2X400 4X200 @ ~6 seconds per 400 faster than 5k pace. The rest is the same as the previous interval. Time & place - same as Tuesdays - Gilman - warmup at 6:30pm start the intervals at 7:00pm.

This is SO my kind of workout...but 5K pace wouldn't factor in and recovery would be around 3 min. Have fun!
