Tuesday Morning Workout Change

I just wanted to let everyone know that we have decided to change Tuesday's workout to Wednesday. We will be running 4 x 2 miles with 2 mins rest. We are meeting at the corner of Light and Key in Fed Hill at 6:45am warmed up and ready to go.
