now i know that many of you read these long run posts and think, "golly i sure would like to run with kris, he seems like a swell fellow," but have figured you'd get to it later. well my friends, the time is now. i'm doing my last long run before the marathon this saturday. if i don't get any sicker this week, i plan on running
Susie's Cause 5k (i know alyssa will be there- she understands what's important) then going to the park for 2.5 hours. i figure if i can live through that i should be ready for marine corp. if, on the other hand, i do get sick but am not quite on death's door, i'm still planning on the 2.5 at patapsco. so who's interested?

Wait...
did you know that M&T Bank's slogan is Understanding What's Important?
what? no, of course not... maybe.
it's the first thing you see if you follow the link.
ah. damn.
good luck Kris - I'm racing on Sunday in Corning NY - then Bmore next weekend. You should destroy Marine Corp with your base and training.
DAMN IT Kirs you're going to push me off the top 10 list in the 5k!
I'm interested, since I was planning on going to the park to do a 2.5 mile run on Saturday anyway. I have to work until noon though; about what time were you thinking of running?
I see a slight problem with this. Either you meant to say you plan on doing the 5K and then doing your long run on SUNDAY. Or you have some how managed to convice charm city run to move the 5K from SUNDAY to saturday to better fit your weekend running plans.
damn, can't put anything past you sciency people! yeah, i misread that one, so it'll be long run saturday, maybe race sunday. as for pushing alex off the list, sorry champ, but i've been off for too long. if it makes you feel any better, my chances of bumping you just dropped a bunch by having to run on sunday... plus you could run it yourself.
hey chrissie, would you be able to make it by 12.30? that's about the latest i can go.
12:30 sounds great
