Word has been getting out about my secret, presumeably all girls thursday night work outs, so I thought extend an invitation to everone
When : Thursday, July 31 4:30 PM
Where: Druid hill by the resevoir
Workout:
15 min warm up
put on new pink racing flats
5 x 1 min accelerations
30 min progression (start comfortably, gradual increase to half marathon effort for last 10 minutes)
take off pink racing flats
10-15 min coold down
consume 4 to 1 ratio carbohydrate/protein beverage
ice bath- 10-12 minutes
HAS THE MARATHON WALL BEEN TORN DOWN?

oh come on! this was supposed to be super-secret-all-girls-and-the kris workout. now it's going to be like every other run... a bunch of dudes.
Who knows about this run? Am I the only one who doesn't?? That's crazy. What ever happened to Dirty Girlsss on Thursdays at Robert E. Lee?
