As of 11:00 am the temperature is in the low 90s but the "real feel" is 108. It will only get worse.
The new plan, for those who are still going to be there, is to meet at 6:30, and start running down the Trail at 6:45. Suggested workout is 1 mile warmup, then after Cold Spring go into 3x5 minute increased effort with 2:30 in between. Try to keep the entire thing around 5.5-6 miles.
