Alternate Workout

If you are looking to do a shorter workout tonight, I will be doing 8 x 200 with a 200 walk recovery. My pace is 30-32 seconds or as fast as I can go. If anybody wants to do this with me or pace me for a few of the intervals I would really appreciate it!
