21 Weeks

The good news about this week was that, unlike last week, I finished my long run of 17 miles. I still struggled mightily to maintain a respectable pace, I am starting to realize the actual marathon is going to be a biatch. Total for last week, 67 miles.

This coming week is a peak week, with next week a recovery week.

Mon: Recovery, 4 mi. A.M. and 5 mi. P.M.
Tues: Regular running, 8 miles, 10 x 100 m strides
Wed: Medium Long Run, 12 mi.
Th: Recovery, 6 mi.
Fri: Medium Long Run, 11 mi.
Sat: Recovery, 6 mi
Sun: Long Run, 18 miles

Week total: 70 miles
