Photo and Warm up b4 Tonight's Workout

Who am I? Shadow! Ryan, where was that picture taken?

I will be at Gilman a little earlier tonight for a longer warm-up if anyone wants to join. I am planning on 4-5 mile warm up, 7 min pace. I will start running 6:15ish or so.

RM said...: Based on the walls I think that might be Mad River. Not 100% sure but it looks like it could be. Although I don't know when you would have gone there.
