If anyone wants to get on the track Saturday morning I'll be there getting some work done. Arrival between 10 and 11 AM, if you want to join shoot me a note and I'll coordinate with you.
The skinny:
1. location - the track. THE TRACK. (The facility that actually has track and field equipment and all facilities). AKA the Loyola/Hopkins track on 33rd.
2. track workouts = get fit and fast. be motivated!
